BEEF

Our Scottish beef is sourced from a number of trusted, carefully selected farms. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all our beef is grass-fed from native breeds including Highland, Aberdeen Angus and Galloway.

In addition, all are ethically reared without growth hormones or cruelty.

The beef is dry aged on the bone for at least 4 weeks giving it time to develop a more intense flavour and less shrinkage of the meat when cooking.
