Refund policy

 

If a specific delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree on a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

Where possible, we will accommodate any date agreed for delivery.

Delivery will be the address specified in the order and you will make all necessary arrangements to take delivery at the address on the date of delivery.

If you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted, responsibility is with you - we cannot take responsibility for undelivered goods.

You can cancel up to the point of dispatch and any payments will be refunded in full within 28 days.

Damaged or defective goods should be returned to us  within the best before date of the product. You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund if the products are found to be defective. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
