Ideal for breakfast, brunch or lunch. In a roll on it's own or fully loaded with other goodies. Or as part of a "big Scottish cooked breakfast". Enjoy!
James Campbell cooking tips:
Frying: Fry on a low heat for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally to evenly brown the sausages.
Baking: Place on a roasting tray in a medium oven for 25-30mins.
