Chicken Drumstick


Our chicken drumsticks are succulent and tasty. You can eat Drumstickswith a knife and fork, or just pick them up with your fingers. Chicken drumsticks are an excellent source of many essential nutrients including iron and zinc, which are important for a healthy immune system.  Low fat but still a treat, they are exceptionally versatile and especially good either roasted or in a casserole.

James Campbell cooking tips:

Roast in a preheated over to 240 degrees C (220 fan), placing the chicken on a large baking tray and bake until golden brown, for 25 minutes, turning half way through.  To make them extra tasty, marinade first for 10 minutes in soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon juice, seasoned with salt and pepper (all to your own preferred taste).  Enjoy!
